Phone or message us between 9am and 6pm — kennel viewing is by prior arrangement.
New dogs arriving is always exciting for our guests, and these windows keep the environment as calm as possible. Any drop-off or pick-up outside these times can be arranged by prior notice and incurs a £10 fee.
We charge per calendar day — you pay for the day of arrival and the day of departure, regardless of drop-off or pick-up time. See the boarding price list.
We accept no responsibility if you take your own dog to or from the kennels yourself.
We're required by law to see and copy your dog's up-to-date vaccination certificate. Kennel cough vaccination isn't required (be guided by your vet), and we don't accept antibody testing in lieu of vaccination. You'll also complete a registration form covering health, behaviour and diet. Full details are on our Terms page.
Boarding is charged per calendar day: if your dog stays one night, you're charged for two days. Extra days are charged at the full daily rate.
Viewings are very welcome by prior appointment — mornings at 10.30am. With feeding, walking and cleaning to be done, a pre-arranged visit interferes least with our guests' welfare.
