Our grooming process includes a luxurious bath, brushing, trimming and cutting of your dog's coat, as well as ear cleaning, nail trimming and a check for any signs of skin or coat problems.

Your dog's welfare and our staff's safety come first. All of our staff are trained in dog handling and grooming techniques, so they can work safely and confidently with all breeds and temperaments. We assess each dog's temperament and behaviour before grooming begins, and if a dog shows signs of aggression or discomfort we'll take steps to calm them or adjust the process as needed.
We maintain strict protocols to keep our grooming facility clean and hygienic and prevent the spread of bacteria and disease. Equipment is regularly disinfected and sterilised with dog-safe products, with proper ventilation after each clean. Our aim: your pet looks, feels and smells their best after every session.
